By choosing to use our Mail-In PC Repair Service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following shipping responsibilities:

  1. Customer Responsibility for Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping their PC to and from Lovely Tech & Co.

    • Lovely Tech & Co. is not liable for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during transit.

  2. Proper Packaging

    • Customers are expected to package their PC securely and to the best of their ability to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

    • We recommend using original manufacturer packaging whenever possible or equivalent protective materials (foam inserts, sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, etc.).

  3. Shipping Insurance

    • It is strongly suggested that customers purchase shipping insurance directly through the carrier at the time of shipment.

    • Insurance provides financial protection in the event of damage, loss, or mishandling by the shipping carrier.

  4. Arrival Inspection

    • Upon arrival, Lovely Tech & Co. will document the condition of the package and PC with photos and/or video.

    • If damage is discovered, we will notify the customer immediately and provide documentation to assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

By proceeding with our Mail-In PC Repair Service, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this disclosure.
