At Lovely Tech & Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. All items shipped from our store are covered under our Limited Warranty Policy, designed to give you peace of mind with every purchase.

📦 Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: All items are protected by a 1-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the original purchase date.

  • What’s Covered:

    • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

    • Faulty components or parts under normal use

    • Products that arrive damaged or non-functional (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)

  • What’s Not Covered:

    • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, etc.)

    • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper installation

    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

    • Consumables such as batteries, cables, or accessories unless defective at arrival

🔄 Warranty Process

  1. Submit a Claim: Contact us at contact@support.lovelytechco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the product.

  2. Evaluation: Our support team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

  3. Resolution: If your product qualifies under warranty, we will offer:

    • Repair or replacement of the defective item, or

    • Store credit or refund if repair/replacement is not possible.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Lovely Tech & Co. will cover return shipping costs for approved warranty claims within the first 30 days.

  • After 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping fees when sending items back for warranty service.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all claims.

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Our warranty provides specific legal rights; you may also have other rights depending on your state or country.
