🔄 Warranty Process

Submit a Claim: Contact us at contact@support.lovelytechco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the product.

Evaluation: Our support team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

Resolution: If your product qualifies under warranty, we will offer:

Repair or replacement of the defective item, or

Store credit or refund if repair/replacement is not possible.

🚚 Shipping Costs

Lovely Tech & Co. will cover return shipping costs for approved warranty claims within the first 30 days.

After 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping fees when sending items back for warranty service.
